I have used the services of Karl Thomas for three years. He installed an exhaust system for my art studio when I bought my new home, and has checked my furnace each year since then. I also had him install a humidifier on my furnace, so he cleans that and services it as well. I have always found Karl to be trustworthy and fair in his pricing. As a single woman I appreciate having someone come into my home that I know is safe and honest.

Installation was done quicker than I expected, and the team stayed and installed an extra outlet I needed which was not part of the required work. Ken was early to start the install, and Logan stayed extra to help me program the application on my phone for the thermostat. Thanks guys for the extra effort.

The fan on our furnace wouldn't kick out and was running constantly. We called and they came out the same day. The furnace had been installed in 1965 and unfortunately after 50+ years, no parts were available. They came out the next day and installed a new furnace. Took the time to show me how to program the thermostat. Came back the day after to check the gas pressure and make sure it was running smoothly. I can't say enough good things about this company.
